We manufacture Metallic Expansion Joints to be used in boiler ducts. We manufacture Expansion Joints with single, double, triple and quadruple bellows. We are able to accurately bend the bellows in its correct profile using our 3.1 mtr NC controlled Hydraulic Press Brake. As the back gauge is NC controlled, we can accurately manufacture bellows with multiple corrugation as well. We have manufactured Expansion bellows ranging from 200 mm to 8500 mm in diameter. We can make rectangular as well as circular expansion bellows. We are supplying bellows to many clients in India which include major cement, power, steel and paper plant equipment manufacturers. In many projects to which we have supplied expansion bellows to, we worked with reputed consultants such as Aquatherm, Avant-Garde, SPB-PC etc.

Both our ladder systems are conforming to EN ISO 14122-4 and EN 50308. The length and assembly of the ladder system can be configured depending upon the length of tower sections.

An Air Foil duct is like a Venturi meter, used to measure the flow of gas through a duct. The Air Foil Duct uses a narrowing throat in the duct which then expands back to the original duct size. Flow of gas is measured by measuring the difference in pressure at the two head. Thus, an Air Foil Duct is more like a meter. Thus, its fabrication requires very high level of accuracy. The profile of the foil has to be accurately bent in its correct profile.

We currently manufacture Galvanised Steel and Aluminium safety climbing Ladders for Windmill towers. All our ladders are equipped with a rigid Safety Rail to provide fall protection. We are supplying these ladders to major Windmill manufacturers in India and abroad. Manufacturing of the ladder involves precision fabrication. We are able to manufacture the ladder completely in-house using our state of the art machine room and welding facilities. We can make ladders as per the design of customer or supply ladders as per our own design. Our ladders comply with ISO 14122-4, EN 50308 and OSHA 1910.27. Frequently, our ladders are inspected by third party inspection agencies such as Tata Projects Ltd., SGS India Pvt. Ltd. etc.
