| Sand and Carbon Filters | | |
| Our comprehensive range of filter systems that is used to filter sand and carbon out as effluent that is low in suspended solids. This system works on the filtration process that consists of passing water effluent through filter medium that strain out colloidal particles such as fine sand, anthracite, earth particles or filter fabric. Our activated sand filters and carbon filters are used for removing free chlorine, phenol, taste and odor as well as reduction COD/BOD. These specially designed sand filters and carbon filters are made from mild still FRP closed vessel incorporating frontal piping fitted with valves. These are operated under pressure where the water is passed through the under bed media and granular activated carbon layer. Our sand and carbon filters have a back flushing arrangement that easily flushes away the deposited impurity at carbon granules. |

| De-Mineralized Water Treatment Plant | | |
| We provide our clients a wide range of de-mineralized water treatment plants that are used for conditioning water for high pressure boilers, conditioning other process and for rinsing water. It includes the ion-exchange system that is chosen very accordingly to the volumes and composition of the raw water. If silica removal is not required, our treatment systems may consist of a hydrogen cation exchanger unit and a weekly basic anion exchanger unit usually followed by a degasifier. This de-mineralized water treatment plants removes impurity by aeration of most of the carbon dioxide formed from the bicarbonates. |
