About UsNazu?s 1.5 acre facility is focused on manufacturing of wrought iron (mild steel) merchandise and sheet metal goods made from iron, brass, and aluminum and cooper sheet. We are experts at plating, painting and finishing in a variety of manners. Our anti corrosion treatment in the form of ct/sand blasting and phosphating as well as our automated powder coating plant allow us to produce a product that will withstand a 300 hour 5% neutral salt test. All our above mentioned work is done in house. We can also supply cast, spun and stamped goods in brass, iron and aluminum. In Moradabad most casting spinning and stamping is done by sub contractors at their premise and the finishing is done by the export houses. We are operating in this manner as well for the time being but intend to move all production in house soon. We already have our own casting furnaces and have space designated for lathes and presses that will be added as needed. My partners and my combined experience allow us to know the best of the sub contractors and with on site supervision we are able to produce a superior product. We have our own plating plant for nickel, zinc, cooper and silver and also supply the many varied hand applied and painted finishes that Moradabad is known for. We have a tile laying hall/hand painting hall where we produce our table tops and hand decorated goods. A wood working shed is planned for the coming year which will focus on smalls and accessory items. In stage two of our strategic plan we have an option on another 1.5 acres contiguous to our present plant for an expansion. No one in Moradabad is more able to take an idea or theme no matter how vague or whimiscal and turn it into a line than Nazu. We can also work from as detailed specifications as you wish to supply.
