Feeder The Stream Feeder ensures safe and perfect feeding of the different thickness of paper. The sheet is separated from the back of the pile & lifted by two telescopic suckers, advancing,it to the forwarding rollers, thus eliminating the risk of grip of the sheet.
Inking Unit The 20 roller inking unit distributes inks evenly for the job demands. Oscillating and rider rollers are copper coated to provide maximum ink grinding. The distribution of ink can be perfectly controlled by ink screws.
Gears Gears are used in our machines high precision hard and ground gears manufactured on high precision CNC Machines. Resulting long life, smooth and noise less running of machine.
Lubrication Single shot motorized lubrication Unit with timer is being used in the machine for Automatic lubrication in the moving and internal parts of the moving Only open parts are requried to be oiled manually.
NBG small offset machines are manufactured in 10" x 15", m 12" x 18" and 15" x 20" size to meet the growing demand of small and quality Offset Printers. Feeder In case of 10 x 15 Machine - stream front feeding system is employed and in case of 12 x 18 and 15 x 20 side lay system is employed, for safe and accurate Printing of any kind of stock at all speeds.
Inking Unit Machine is equipped with 12 rollers in which 8 rollers are mounted on bearing and 3 are oscillators and 1 for ink duct to provide quality printing.
Most suitable device for making big rolls out of the small roll-ends. Also useful for making healthy / usable rolls out of damaged ones. Special shaftless device (optional) handle rolls with damaged cores, more effectively.
