NCO Spa was established in 0dolo (Brescia), Italy and specializes in the design and manufaturing of rolling mills for long Products. The Company operates world wide and has supplied machinery and plants to customers in more than 30 Countries.Besides its own products, Nco¿s manufacturing facilites, backed by its engineering department, can provide large and heavy components to customers in different fields such as: Iron and steel in industry Marine Energy oil & gas Environment An active sector in which the company is involved is the manufacturing of spares and stand-by parts for different kinds and brands of rolling mills. The Company Organization and its data system ensure a constant control in real-time of the production from order to delivery coordinating the different activities of the different departments ip to the final quality controls. Engineering NCO's engineering department is able to develop basic or detailed engineering manufacturing drawings and specifications, according to the customer's request and can also offer assistance in the case that alterations are required to the customer's detailed drawings. Project Management The Skilled personnel and engineers of this department are familiar with complete projects and also with the follow-up of single machines and components so as to offer : A quick response to the client's engineering and manufacturing request A constant and professional follow up of the orders Machines and eqipment The company has three main production departments : Steel Fabrication Shop Machine Tool Shop Assembly and test factilities Where trained personnel, hoisting capacity up to 100t , assembly pit, allow to manufacture or machine large size heavy components. Quality Periodical check and maintenance of the machine tools a control at each manufacturing stage with dimensional and non destructive tests such as dye penetrants and ultrasonic tests, guarantee the respect of required tolerances.
