Sealed Ball Screw Support Bearings TAB**LR

 

• Ball screw support bearing with large axial rigidity and seals

• Maintenance-free with high performance lubrication grease (The foreign substance invasion from the outside is prevented)

• Ease of installation with pre-adjusted preload

 

We are engaged in importing and supplying of Thrust Ball Bearings that comprises Single Direction Thrust Ball Bearings and Double-direction Thrust Ball Bearings. These are designed to handle axial loads only and consist of ball, retainer and both shaft and housing washers which contain grooves for the ball.

 

The double Direction Thrust ball bearings can support bi-directional loads and consists of 3 kinds of grooved washer bearing rings, 2 kinds of cage and ball assembly. Aligning seat washers with an aligning surface radius can also be availed for ease of design and mounting against a flat housing shoulder. These bearings are used in machine tool spindle and have high contact angles to carry high axial loads.

Our range of Radial Ball Bearings includes Sealed Ball Screw Support Bearings and Spherical Roller Bearings. These are maintenance free and offer great performance, with the requirement of negligible maintenance. Sealed Ball Screw Support Bearings have seals installed inside, which prevent the intrusion of contamination from harsh environments.

The range of Spherical Roller Bearings has an improved internal design, roller shape and is formed to achieve maximum dynamic load rating under limited dimensions. These have improved heat treatment to obtain minimal dimension change up to 200°C.
