The Company has been converted into a public company and the name has been changed to Nova Oleochem Limited as per the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 24th September 2007 issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. NOVA is headquartered in Mumbai, India. The Directors possess a rich and varied experience in manufacturing, marketing and administrative functions.Within a short span of time NOVA has catapulted from a trading company into a marketer of consumer and industrial products. NOVA has tied up with a manufacturer using modern technology to cut costs and produce economically priced products. Its wide range of products now includes consumer products like Soaps, Vegetable Oils, and Bubble Baths as also Industrial Products like Methyl Esters of Vegetable Oils, Cocodiethanolamide and Industrial Cleaners.
