We offer chemical conversion coatings that are adherent surface layers of low-solubility chromate compounds. It is formed by the reaction of suitable reagents with the metallic surface. Usage of this chemical conversion coatings can change the appearance, electro-chemical potential, electrical resistivity, surface hardness, absorption and after surface properties of the metal. The chemical conversion coatings is produced by a chemical oxidation-reduction reaction at the surface of aluminum.

Ingredients:
Chromium-tri-oxide, biflouride, stannate tetra chloride are the main ingredient of conversion coating. It can be differentiate from clear and iridescent yellow brown, depending on the composition of aluminum base material and the thickness of the film.
