Cleaner Caustic-22 (Metal Cleaner based on Caustic) is a soak, electrolytic & Ultra-Sonic heavy duty caustic box cleaner which rapidly removes, smut, carbonized oil, drawing compound, heavy grime deposites, heavy duty industrial oil from the base metal of M.S,stainless steel and  cast iron components.

Cleaner Caustic-22, is a free flowing powdered product and has high detergency with the smut removal ability due to the presense of chelating agent and can be used even hard water. Cleaner  SEU displaces the oils instead of emulsilying then which can be removed by skimming off from the surface of the cleaner. So the solution does not become contaminated with emulsified oils and has extremely long life.

Ally Klean is highly concentrated multi purpose, citrus base industrial cleaner. Due to its fast renetrating properties it effectively cleans dirt,grease,grime & clean surface upto brightness level.

Ally Klean contain silicates, buffering agent,metal inhibitors with basic citrates etc. The cleaner is alkaline in nature and PH range of 9.8 to 11.8.

Ultra Clean E, is a heavy duty industrial cleaner which cleans heavy oil, dirt, grease and buty sweat from ornaments and glasses it. It is neutral cleaner compounded by polygenic glycol ether, fat dissolving amines, chelating agents and metal inhibitors. At the time of operation PH of the both retains near 7 – 8pH. The product in environmentally eco-friendly and safe  and safe for both Machine and operators. So, It is recommended for cleaning of ornament, generally glass for industrial lightings as well as auto light and many types of non-ferrous metals which are attacked by either alkaline or acid cleaning products are safely clean in Ultra Clean-E.

IPM is a ultrasonic cleaner for printed circuit board in electronic industries. It penetrates the Micro & Macro holes in the circuit and effectively cleans the oil, dust, waxes, fluxes use in electronic circuit, cholesterol and lanolin from the substrate. Emulsion cleaning, MEC-450 is an industrial cleaning process that uses an organic solvent is usually a hydrocarbon of distilled petroleum. Emulsifiable solvent detergents are particularly well suited to the removal of such heavy soil as carbonized grease and oil deposits and buffing and lapping  compound residue. Where parts are heavily soiled, solvent, detergents are frequently used as pre-cleaner before work in put through the regular alkaline solution.

Applications:

Emulsion system are best used where rapid superficial cleaning is required and when some protection by height residual oil film is desired. Because the solvent phase of the emulsion is a petroleum derivative, a thin film is left behind when the rest of the emulsion dries. This film protects parts from rust and can aid lubrication in applications such as gears or bearings.

Copper and copper alloys constitute one of the major group of commercial metals. We have developed aqueous base cleaner instead of solvent banned Provide. Ultra Cobra we standardized this alkaline cleaner for various type of composition of copper base alloy metain for cleaning of machine air, grease and buffeing compound without attacking the base metal.

NOTE: If Contamination in heavy we pefere to use an Emulsion type cleaner (MEC-450) before going for Ultra Sonic cleaning. Precleaning reducer the contamination of the alkaline Ultra-Sonic solution, extending the life of the solution. Sufficient time should allowed for dispersal of emulsifier in the alkaline solution to avoid pitting.(Without Ultrasound).

Replenishment:

Regardless of the concentration of the cleaning solution, there in a practical limit to the amount of  contamination a given volume can accommodate without redepositing soil on the metal. In this condition, the solution should be discarded even though analysis reveals unused cleaner

During the cleaning process some uninhibited alkaline cleaning may also cause a slight darkening as tarnishing of the work surface. The work piece then dipped into our solution for Tarnish Removal.
