Ultrasonic Cleaner Chemicals

The product, Tetra Clean is cleaner with citrus Smell, Water white in colour has fast penetrating action for removing, soil, grease & oil, fine metal particles & oil. It contains sequestering agent to remove metal traces & has promotors for emulsification. The cleaner, Tetra Clean is alkaline in nature. It has pH 13.0 to 13.5

Operating Conditions

•     For best results use Tetra Clean with proper Ultra- sonic –system
•     Bath temperature 45 C - 65 C
•     Concentration 30 – 50 ml/liter

Handling

It should be stores in cool, dry place well air tight container, operator should use/Goggles, Hand gloves & Apron. It comes in 0ltr carboy packing.

 

First Aid/ Safety

• If contacted with eyes/skin then wash with plenty of water for 2-5 minutes.
• In case of ingestion, drink plenty of water, do not induce vomiting, get medical attention.
• In case of inhalation move o fresh air and if causes any kind of irritation seek medical help.

This is an amphoteric water base emulsiable liquied. The product OPEL-1 is used to protect the surface of Iron, steel and cast iron etc. The product should be considred temporary (because their function is to protect surfaces after ultrasonic cleaning of ferrous past in aqueous medium) protection from environment for further oxidation. The protection is not permanent you may do any process like phosphating  (Panting) electroplating or other protective permanent coatings.

The OPEL-1 is a combination of basic emlsifiers, metal inhibitors, chelating agents and specially designed additives The product is neutral nature and has no side effect on metal as well as on operators. The OPEL-1 in an eco-friendly chemicals.

DEOIL is a metal degreasing compound to be used as soak as well as ultra-sonic cleaner. Deoil is non caustic based which degreases metallic surfaces by emulsifying the substrate. Deoil is used on Ferrous parts such as M.S,S.S. or cast iron etc. The cleaner is based on Tri-sodium phosphate, having ionic and non ionic emulsifies with chelating agent to control the aquous  solution control the aquous solution contamination. The components are  to be degreased or cleaned dipped into the solution and keep for 2-5 minutes [An optional advantage of the cleaner is to be used on 100% aluminium components also, the components should be degreased with 2-3 minutes at(50 -70C)] If grease is heavy to be first removed in our Mineral emulsion cleaner (M.E.C.-450) and then cleaned in degreasing compound. To improve the effectiness of cleaning action add an additive synthetic neutral cleaner Ultra-Clean-1

Ultra-Clean-1 is water based synthetic Neutral detergent, based on Linear Alkyl Benzne.It has fast detergent properties excelled for removing soil, grease, fine metallic particle, grime &buffing compounds etc. So it is recommended for cleaning of sheet metal ,metal components of steel mildsteel, automobile part, pumps, jewellery articles, plastic components, cleaning of chasis for phosphating  & electroplating etc.
