Distance Plate
- The raw material is chosen as per standards of IS2062 Grade B/ CT52-3 which is out of steel plate of full size. Ultrasonic testing is carried out by personnel after the receipt of raw material. This test needs to be witnessed by our customers representative/Quality assurance personnel and markings of identified are noted. Only on compliance to the standards of acceptability, the clearance as a stage inspection process is accorded for the next stage operation.
- Pre machining is done before final machining operation which is done on our CNC machine (VMC).
