Generator Support
- Made from ST52-3 / S355 J2G3 Steel Material.
- U/T Tested with SA 578 level II
- Painted with RAL 9005 with three differential coats, thick rich primer, intermediate & final P.U. Paint.
- Stud Welded & D.P. and MPI tested for quality of weld.
- Welding is done at pre decided process and with controlled parameters of temperatures with 7018 electrodes which are pre heated for dehydration used in wind turbine generator of M/S Suzlon Energy Ltd.
- Product is guaranteed for any defect for 28 months from the supply.
- Critical inspection done at our end stages and also final inspection by TPL & Customer QA.
