- Relation Gauge has been designed and manufactured by us for this large size component for processing on a heavy type.
- Milled on a Plano milling machine to part off the ring in 2 segments.
- Painting as per standards.
- First coat of 40 micron. Intermediate coat of 40 micron.
- Finish coat with Polyurethane Paint to 50 micron.

Only on compliance to the standards of acceptability, the clearance as a stage inspection process is accorded for the next stage operation.
- Pre machining is done before final machining operation which is done on our CNC machine (VMC).

- This is used to lock a huge Rotor Shaft Assembly in position in the windmill generator as and when required.
- Requisite heat treatment is of importance to achieve the right tensile strength as also the toughness of the component required which is specified in terms of elongation percentage. Since the components cannot undergo destructive test, NDT is carried out by way of representative test bar sample testing which undergoes critical inspection/Test under the universal testing machine. Such tests/inspection is being carried out in standard and reputed engineering cum metallurgical laboratories.
