Component requires precision machine & I.D grinding operation to achieve ø 150 + 0.02/0.03 mm painted with RAC 5021 grade P.U. colour.

Slip Ring Adaptor Made out of S355J2G3 grade as per BSEN 10025:1993 Standard . Used to Couple the Gear Box to the Generator in Wind Mill Turbine. Material is Tested in NPL Tracibile Lab in pune. Job is precisely machined on CNC Turning centre to complete Internal Threading G 2 inch LH grade. Finish paint of RAC 7001 is applied to protect the component from whether attacks.
