Currently over 95% of the wood used is sisham, an Indian hard wood procured from all over India. The wood is chemically treated is in a treatment plant using a standard chemical & seasoned in seasoning kilns, both of which ensures that the final product is using wood of the very best quality. Seasoned & treated wood is then worked on by using natural bee's wax in combination with mansion brings out the beautiful & natural grain of sisham. Finally we use corrugated paper, bubble sheet with corners to avoid any damage during stuffing the containers.

• We have huge stock of sisham wood approx.15000 cft. (Cubic feet) is available at any time.
• Chemical & seasoning plant is located in our own manufacturing unit. BSS 4072/5707 standard chemical is used in our chemical plant. We are maintaining the moisture between 6 to 12, for accuracy we are using imported moisture meters.

Before manufacturing we use chemically treated wood. We use ISO 9002 quality of chemicals for chemical treatment on wood. There is no compromise in water pressure method; it gives 4 to 6% chemical penetration.
Wood is seasoned in chambers of the seasoning plant, which has a capacity of 2000 cubic feet each. We have three seasoning plants in our premises, which use steam for heating the chambers from 40 to 100 degree centigrade. Such seasoned wood lasts longer and doesn't give cracks and bends during and after processing. Products made out of seasoned wood are better in finish and long lasting.

The use of original Mansion Wax polish, we attain a finish and polish on the products which give an ever lasting looks to the products. We also do Lacker, wax, thinner, sanding seller and rustic finishes on the products as per the requirements of our esteemed buyers.
We use suitable packing material so as to protect our product form damages of impact and even damage on account of moisture. Our packing accessories are Corners, Polythene, foam, bubble film, corrugated paper/boxes used as per requirements of the products and the buyers.

The 2000 Square meters of stockyard is covered shed is used to store about 20,000 cubic feet of seasoned wood. We have ready stock of seasoned wood of all qualities
