Two Stage Regulator

In a two stage regulator, 2 stages are required to reduce the high pressure of the gas is to the required working pressure in the cylinder. There are 2 gauges fitted with the regulator. One indicates inlet pressure and the other the outlet pressure. Reduction of the pressure is obtained automatically to pre-set level in the first stage. While in the 2nd stage, the pressure is further reduced to the required working pressure by a pressure adjusting screws. Throughout the period of operation, the outlet pressure and flow remains steady.

A Specifically designed Trolley capable for carrying oxygen and acetylene gas cylinders, fitted with a tool box for carrying normal accessories like welding, cutting torches, pressure regulators, gas hose pipes and other required tools etc. The trolley should be stable when stationary with the cylinders in vertical position.

Design of the trolley is too robust having load carrying capacity more than 2KN load. It is most  essential for work shop & for welders.

Manual cutting blow pipe is a well balanced band type capable of cutting mild steel upto a thickness of 300 mm. It can be used either with dissolved Acetylene or with low pressure generated Acetylene with a suitable nozzle. It can be used with L.P.G. Gas also. Its body is forged with brass, ensuring total safety. Backfire are almost completely eliminated with a specially designed injector. The joints are silver soldered. Supplied with 3/64” nozzle f. or cutting upto 50mm M.S. And 1/16” for cutting upto 100mm M.S.

The portable carry oven helps to maintain at an elevated temperature till the time of actual use.

The electrodes after being re-dried at the specified temperature using a drying oven are being carried in small number i.e. (20-30 pcs.) in the light and easily portable carry oven to the work point.
