Properties of our Coatings
| Chemical Resistance |
PTFE Coating is unaffected by almost all chemical
solvents except fluorinating agents and alkali metals. |
| Low co-efficient of
friction |
Coefficient of friction of PTFE Coating is very
low, thereby it is self-lubricating. |
| Non-stick |
PTFE Coating has unique non-stick property. Few
solid substances can permanently adhere to PTFE Coating. |
| Non-wetting |
PTFE Coating can be easily cleaned and doesn't
get wet readily. |
| Heat Resistance |
Good Heat Resistance. No decomposition below 250°C.
It can withstand temp. of -60 to 260°C. |

as it has high dielectric strength, surface resistivity. |
