We are offering paracetamol injection : - Paracetamol injection is used for the relief of fever as well as aches and pains associated with many conditions. Acetaminophen relieves pain in mild arthritis but has no effect on the underlying inflammation, redness and swelling of the joint. If the pain is not due to inflammation, acetaminophen is as effective as aspirin. It is as effective as the non-steroidal anti inflammatory drug ibuprofen in relieving the pain of osteoarthritis of the knee.

- Diclofenac has analgesic and anti pyretic properties. It is widely used for reducing pain, stiffness and inflammation caused by conditions, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, abdominal cramps associated with menstruation.
- Paracetamol is a valuable central analgesic but weak peripheral anti-inflammatory agent & exhibits good & prompt antipyretic action. 7. Treatment of endoscopic diagnosed erosive esophagitis. Symptomatic relief of heartburn commonly occurs within 24 hours of therapy initiation with Ranitidine 150 mg q.i.d.
8. Maintenance of healing of erosive esophagitis. Placebo-controlled trials have been carried out for 48 weeks.
