Neocare Naturals Limited, was founded in the year 2006. We are engaged in supplying of herbal extracts that includes herbal turmeric powder, powdered senna leaves, green tea powder, senna pods extracts, soya bean powder etc. The Team of Management consists of technocrats having a background, ranging from Financial, Pharmaceutical, Technological & Infrastructure development. The team has been successful only because of its core strengths being Dedication, Discipline, Dynamism, Expertise & Scientific approach and could sustain as trustworthy entrepreneurs since 5 decades.
Quality being the Motto, Neocare Naturals has set up a fully equipped testing laboratory in the initial stages to assess the quality standards. Establishing itself in a short span NNL has started manufacturing operations to meet the Industry needs supplying quality products in time & Caring Naturally! The energy & vision of the team has initiated the thought of extending a new manufacturing facility with a capacity of 3600 tons herb input annually. This facility is coming up at Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, India.

At Neocare Naturals, Quality Control System is a SOP driven process with validated methods and processes. Hence we assure the highest quality of reporting with transparency. All our chemists and technologists are qualified and experienced for carrying out analysis as required by a modern Quality control Laboratory. We have a strong commitment for high quality practices throughout the entire process, which includes manufacturing, analytical methods etc. Our facility is equipped with sophisticated instruments like HPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Analytical Microbalances, and every important analytical equipment, including microbial testing facility. |

Having established a modern lab for testing of Natural Products in 2006 we went on establishing facilities to process 1200 Tons of raw herb per annum. Having received a good market response, we are now establishing facility to process 3600 Tons of raw herb per annum in an ultra modern cGMP manufacturing facility in a prestigious land of 8.89 acres at Ongole, in the state of Andhra Pradesh. We have a well qualified & experienced team of dedicated professionals to fulfil the Company’s Objectives. |

Manufacturing Facility
The complete facility is designed as per CGMP norms with a combination of extractors, efficient distillation system, reaction vessels, various dryers to handle wide range of products. The existing facility in Hyderabad is competent enough with capacity for manufacturing about 1200 tons herb annually. But, the increasing demand for our herbal turmeric powder, powdered senna leaves, safed musli, coleus forskolin, soya bean, camellia sinensis and others, the energy & vision of the Management have initiated the thought to extend the manufacturing capacity, to about 3600 tons of herb annually at our proposed facility at Ongole in a built up area of 80,000 Sft amidst 8.9 acres of land. |
