About Us

Incorporated in 1975, we are manufacturing organic pigments having applications in different fields like Textile Emulsions, Printing Ink, Rubber, Leather, Plastic, Paint, etc. We are also manufacturing Emulsions by further processing Organic Pigments which are suitable for Textile, Paint, Detergent and Latex Industry etc. The promoters of the company are: Mr. Harshad A. Shah, Mr. Hemant A. Shah, Mr. Pradip K. Shah.

All the promoters are technically qualified and have sound knowledge of the products. Our plant is equipped with latest machineries. We also have inhouse quality control laboratory with latest testing instruments to provide consistently good quality material to our customers. We are exporting our material to various parts of the world and have earned fairly good reputation in India as well as in overseas market. Almost 65% of our production is being exported.

C.I. Pigment Red 23
Colour Index No.12355

Our red BG powder pigment is used primarily in manufacturing textile printing, emulsions and printing ink. It's washing fastness, light fastness etc, are excellent.

C.I. Pigment Red 53.1
Colour Index No.15585

We manufacture pigment Red 53.1 which is most important for printing inks. It's scarlet shade is much yellower than that of pigment red-57.1. Pigment red 53.1 is used in large volume in aqueous flexographic printing inks. It is also used for its excellent heat stability as a colorant for plastics. Pigment Red 53.1 may be used in PUR foam products.

Our rubine toner is a bright bluish red, brilliant in masstone, clean and strong in tints. Rubine Toner can be obtained in versatile shades with lighter or darker masstone, bluish or yellowish printone in different degrees of bronze and strength and transparency. Rubine Toner is mainly used in different types of printing inks and paints. It is also used in the colorization of Rubber, Plastic molding powder, Paper and Pulp coloring, Linoleum, Leather finish, Chalks etc.

This pigment possesses excellent light fastness and chemical resistance.It bleeds only slightly in organic solvents.It is widely used in paints because of its bright yellow shade.It is also used in plastic emulsion paints because of its light and alkali fastness.

Colour Index No.11741

Eco Friendly, our yellow pigment powder is used primarily in manufacturing textile printing emulsions, which has more greenish tone than conventional yellow. It can also be used in printing ink industries due to its transparency and in paint industries due to its good hiding power.

This is an azoic pigment with a bright, brilliant and strong shade. It is one of the very few red pigments with very good fastness to soap and hence used in printing inks for soap wrappers and in the preparation of textile printing emulsions.

This pigment manufactured by us is used in offset inks, for packaging gravure and flexo printing inks. P.R. 12 is also employed in a series of special applications, such as automotive cleaners, floor polish, shoe polish etc. and it is frequently used to colour office articles and leather.

Our benzidine yellow pigment is of high strength. It is semi transparent and is used in printing inks. It is also suitable for textile printing, plastic master batches rubber etc.

Our pigment yellow 13 is of high strength. It is used in printing inks, where it gives a reddish transparent shade. It is also suitable for plastics.

Our yellow OT powder is mainly used in rubber coloration as it does not migrate and bleed. It is also used in textile printing.

Achievement

To overcome the problem of banned amines in various traditional pigments like: Yellow, Red and Orange, we have developed eco-friendly products in all the three shades, which are free from banned amines.


Quality Control

Organic Pigment Powders: Each batch is tested for its tone and strength against the standard. The lot is then tested for different applications like: Textile, Rubber, Printing Inks, Plastic etc., and kept reserve for the particular application, to maintain consistency in supply to each field. The equipment used for the purpose are Muller Machine, Triple Roller Grinding, Vibroshaker, Color Matching and Computer etc.

Neotex Pigment Emulsions: Neotex Pigment Emulsion is standardized for a particular tone and strength, which remains constant as the standard. The concentrated emulsion of pigment is diluted to match with the standardized tone and strength. It is then tested for particular applications. Equipment like Vibroshaker, Mechanism for screen printing, oven etc. are used for this purpose.


Environment Protection

Though pigments are less polluting products, we are committed to our social obligation to protect the environment in the best manner. We are one of those few units, who had adopted this principle and made suitable arrangement to protect the environment, way back in 1978. We have permanent consent from pollution control board and are first to receive the government subsidy. One of the promoters Mr. Harshad Shah is involved in putting up the common effluent treatment plant (C.E.T.P.) In the vat va industrial township for secondary treatment. More than 535 small-scale units are taking the advantage of this C.E.T.P.
