An autoclave is a device to sterilize equipment and supplies by subjecting them to high pressure steam at 121° C or more. There is two type of autoclave is available,Stove top autoclaves actually resemble a culinary pressure cooker. Each unit comes complete with a bolt-down lid and a pressure gauge on the outside. These units require an outside heat source and can be extremely dangerous in untrained hands. They should only be used by experienced professionals. Front loading autoclaves are more widely used for their convenience, but must also be handled with great care. The units are box-shaped and self contained, equipped with a heating unit to turn water into vapor for sterilization. The autoclave's controls allow the operator to set the desired temperature, and determine how long the machine will remain in operation. There is also a gauge to track chamber temperature/pressure.

Rotor scissors with efficiently cutting angle designed with efficiently cutting angle, Low Rotor speed with scissor cut action to ensure low noise. Less vibration, less powder formation, Granulator sizes are Variable and Branded product. High output with less power consumption Capacity depends on type of material and scrap size Minimum dust and fines & High speed granulator The constant cutting circle and unique, integrated rotating shaft end plate eliminates friction heat & dust Simple removability of screen.
Incinerator is of twin chamber design, where refractory lined chambers are either mounted on top of each other or placed separately. Volatilisation of waste is achieved in primary chamber through supply of air through various nozzles on all sides of the primary chambers. Heat is generated with fuel oil burner with auto operation system. Waste is to be fed inside the primary chamber of the Incinerator manually. However, automatic waste feeding system is also available. In the incineration process, the waste is thermally decomposed in the primary chamber at a temperature of 800±500 C. The gaseous products (volatile mater) are completely oxidized in the secondary chamber due to sufficient residence time, high temperature (1050±500 C.) high turbulence and 100% excess air. The flame port through which the gases pass from primary chamber to secondary chamber is sized to produce high velocity for excellent mixing of combustion air and gases.
