Silicon oils offered by us is a water clear silicone fluid. It is made available in viscosity ranking from 01 centistokes to 1.00.000 centistokes. It is used in a variety of application functions including as a release material where it is used along/as part of compounded formula. Here, silicon oil helps in providing odorless, non-toxic, non-carbonizing mould release for plastic, rubber and metal die castings.

• A little change in physical properties over wide temperature span
• Relative Viscosity temperature slope & serviceability from-40 to 500???017 (-40 to 315???C)
• Excellent water repellency
• Good dielectric properties over wide range of temperature & frequencies
• Low surface tension that readily wets clean surfaces to impart water repellency as well as release characteristics
• Other than this, low toxicity tests have also established that Silicon oil is essentially non toxic & non irritating (although temporary dis-comfortable if rubber gets into the eye). As a foam preventing :

• A very small amount of fluid effectively controls foam in many procession operations especially in non-adieus systems.

As a mechanical :

• It has excellent viscosity-temperature characteristics, thermal and chemical stability that enhances breakdown resistance.

Silicon oil also has outstanding usage in mechanical/hydraulic applications. Typical uses include:

• Hydraulic stabilizers
• Damping mediums

• De-aerating and lubricating surface of completed part

• The fluid provides excellent usage for plastic & elastomeric surfaces.

Refrigeration Oil offered by us is well recommended for use with all CFC as well as HCFC refrigerants. Further, these are water soluble oils that form a milky white stable emulsion with water as these feature oil to water mixing.
