Silicon Photodiodes
 |  Silicon photo diodes offered by us are semiconductor light sensors that generate current/ voltage when P-N junction in semiconductor is illuminated by light. Featuring excellent linearity with respect to incident light these also have low internal noise, are compact and lightweight, have wide spectral response and are mechanically rugged. These can also be combined either monolithically or as hybrid with signal processing for creating powerful Photo IC sensors/optical communication receivers & transmitters.

Photomultiplier Tubes

Position Sensitive Detectors

Infrared Detectors
 We offer superior technology based infrared detectors. These are photo detector that react to infrared (IR) radiations. We offer these in two main types - thermal & photonic. The thermal detector effect of incident IR radiation can be followed through many temperature dependent phenomena. Photonic detectors response time and sensitivity are much higher, but these usually have to be cooled to cut thermal noise.
