Established in the year 1998, Newcast Die Casting has strengthened itself as the noted manufacturer, exporter and supplier of die casting components, zinc die castings components,aluminum die castings components, industrial die castings components and tools, which is extensively used in automobile and engineering industry. We have always paid attention on upgrading our facilities, technologies and products in order to provide quality castings to our customers. Product Profile We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting of Aluminum and Zinc Alloy pressure die castings.Our components are extensively used in automotive , printers, machine enclosures, lighting fixtures, furniture, electronics, pumps and many other industries. High quality of raw material is used in the production which is procured from genuine vendors. The raw material comprises of Aluminum Alloys - LM-6, LM-24, ADC-12, A-360, A-380 and Zinc Alloys like Mazak-5, Mazak-3.
We have the capability to manufacture upto 4 kgs of weight die castings and our die castings is designed & developed to produce complex shapes and sizes with the high degree of accuracy. We are also engaged in supplying castings with CNC Machining, with spray painting, powder coating and various plating finishes for castings.
The wide range of die castings and tools offered by us are Aluminum Die Casting, Aluminum Pressure Die casting, Aluminum Casting, Zinc Die Casting, Zinc Die Castings Components, Zinc Cu-Ni-Cr Plated Castings, Thin Walled Castings, Pressure Die Casting, Casting with Shot Blast Finish, Thin walled Die Casting,Automotive Die Casting ,Earth Mover Parts and pressure die casting.

Warehousing & Packaging Our warehouse is built over a large area which helps us effectively for the safe storage of die castings and tools. The warehouse is such planned keeping in mind of the future storage space requirements and thus we are capable to store our gamut in bulk and it also ensures safe handling of it. Safety measure is always undertaken for the prevention of the stored gamut coming under in any kind of emergency.
We offer specialized care in the packaging process of our gamut from individual or the bulk packaging method. Fast and timely transportation of the end product is also undertaken by us. We have also warehousing experts which helps in the keeping the record of the stored product regularly. |
