Gear Boxes

With the help of our advanced manufacturing facility, we provide an extensive range of gear boxes to customers. Gear Drives will be single start worm which is made with toughened Steel. Also the worm wheel rim is made of Phosper Bronze, bolted on cast iron hub/cast. Both the worm and the worm wheel are accurately out which gives vibration free running. Worm wheel and shaft arc mounted on bush bearing and run in oil bath.

Thrust load of the worm shaft is taken in both directions by precision ball thrust bearing. Splash oil is spread to all bearing which increases variability of operation. Supreme grade cast iron driving sheave fastened by a key on worm wheel shaft. The sheave has Three/Four V groves which ensure adequate traction and minimum friction of the ropes.
