Quality Policy

At Newkut we are working towards accreditation to an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System (QMS). This process has already started in our manufacturing process but will apply throughout all our business processes.

Our overall objective is to ensure high and consistent levels of product and service to our customers. To achieve this we have set the following requirements of our QMS:

1. a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business;
2. monitoring processes to ensure they are effective;
3. keeping adequate records;
4. checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary;
5. regularly reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness;
6. facilitating continual improvement

We will update the website on the progress of this activity as it develops.
