Established in the year 1959, NF Forgings is a well known name in the area of manufacturing and supplying of non-ferrous metal forgings. Our range is acknowledged for high tensile strength, optimum ductility and for resistance to chemical and corrosion. It is used in various sectors such as Automotive, Electric Power Generation, Refrigeration, Defense equipment, Valve and others.

Our qualitative range of non-ferrous metal forgings is manufactured by adhering to the ISO / TS 16949 and 14000 standards. It is used in diverse segments such as:

We are based in Chennai, at Maraimalai Nagar, our manufacturing unit is spread across an area of 10500 square feet, while an extent of 30000 square feet is available for future expansion. Our power requirement is 100 Hp but we have a sanction of 300 Hp that will help us in our future projects. Our manufacturing unit has modern machines and tools to offer our range of non-ferrous metal forgings that is at par with the international standards and high in strength and ductility. It has a capacity of 80 tons per shift per month. At present, it works in a single shift and in future, we are planning to step up production in two more shifts. Supported by our latest technology, we are capable to manufacture forgings of components weighing up to 12 kg for Brass, 10 kg for Copper, 7 kg for Aluminum and 6 kg for Al. Bronze and Bohn Alloy.

• Tool room with spark erosion machine facility for die making

Our manufacturing unit is technically sound to under take bulk orders and deliver these within  a nominal lead time of 6 to 8 weeks. In order to keep machines in tune with the international standards, we have taken initiative of converting all old manual presses and machines to PLC base. Apart from machines and tools, we have a back up generator with capacity of 133 Hp. All these features are assisting us in reducing work fatigue of our workforce and offer quality consistently.
