NHEC has been Manufacturing high grade , fully automatic flat bottom batch type centrifugals. At initial stage the technical know-how for the production of batch type machines was adapted from B.M.A., west Germany and later NHEC itself innovated and improvised the design and today NHEC is manufacturing its own invented machine meeting the world standard.

Today in many sugar plants various capacities flat bottom batch machines are installed. The capacity ranging from 700/1001/1250/1500 and/or 1750 kg/charge is in wide demand all over.

Presently NHEC is Engaged in Manufacturing 700/1001/1250/1500/1750 kg/charge models under its rigid quality control process. Recently NHEC has developed and incorporated quality oriented performance technology in the production of flat bottom centrifugal which has been widely appreciated in the industry.

Alongwith the manufacturing of sugar plant machinery & equipment, nhec has mastered itself in manufacturing boilers of various pressures and capacities. Since inception nhec has constantly made efforts to provide hi-quality products to its customers.

nhec’s experienced and qualified personnel at design and research & development departments have put their skills and knowledge to innovate new techniques and introduced advanced measures while introducing higher pressure & higher capacity boilers in the industry.

nhec’s boilers pressure& capacity ranges from 25 tph - 32 kg. /cm2 80 tph - 45 kg. /cm2. Nhec has manufactured and supplied more than 30 nos. Of boilers to its customers and presently working with 5 new projects in hand.

Since inception NHEC has been manufacturing continuous centrifugals of various sizes and capacities. Though the design patent of continuous centrifugal is based on B. M. A. of west Germany, NHEC has innovated, improved and upgraded the machine designs from time to time as per customer’s need.

Presently NHEC manufactures continuous centrifugals in three different models of which capacity ranging from 6T to 22T per hour depending upon the applications and the massecuite conditions.
