Mold Flow Analysis is the process of using computer simulation to predict the flow of resin in an Injection molding tool. Generally we used to optimize mold tool design before the tool is manufactured. We offer our services for Reverse Engineering and Scanning. This is done through scanning the immeasurable parts to get the point cloud data and then create the two type of geometry on cloud data such as spline profiles and line geometrical profile for CLASS ‘A’ SURFACE and parametric part design. We use freeform-Image ware and I-DEAS software’s for the reverse engineering projects. Surface, curvature sections, curvature plots and highlight are just the few of quality feedback reports available to the modeler.

The most powerful feature of Image ware is the fact that of all of the plots and reports update in real time as the modeler makes change to the surfaces.
