Nikoo Forge Pvt. Ltd, Established in the year 1996 on a modest scale with a single forging unit, Nikoo Forge Pvt. Ltd. has emerged as on of the prime source for steel forged parts. The plant of the company is located at Village Veraval Shapar of Rajkot Dist. in Gujarat State.
The forging facilities include a battery of close die drop hammer machine. Nikoo group is an integrated operation with Advance Die making facilities and modern Heat Treatment set up comprising of Batch type Oiled Fired furnace. The dedicated team at Nikoo ensures quality assured supplies to original equipment manufacturers and the replacement market.
The plant is well equipped with Die shop, Cutting shop, Forge shop. There is a laboratory for quality control of material and implementation of full fledged quality control system. |
InfrastructureInfrastructure Nikoo Forge Pvt. Ltd. has 5000 sq. ft. office area. we have separate department for each work. Account Department, Export Department, Customer care Department, Purchase Department, Sales Department. These all department are fully computerized and connected with network, so the data transfer is possible in speed.
We have mass storage area, in Raw-Material we have to store Steel-Bars. So obviously we need wide space to store these material. We have 15000 sq. ft. Storage-Area. Having Crain's to move those bars to their place as Cutting.
Quality Policy / ProcessesQuality Policy Nikoo Forge PVT. LTD. has team which have complete look on Quality-Control, they consider every single aspect in terms of given process of Quality-Control. Here we describe all the sides of Quality-Control. From raw-material arrived till production all the process are described in following segment. We have all the facilities In-House, so all the process are inspected by our qualified engineers.
We follows TUV-SUD management systems and here we shown the certificate which we have. We have ISO 9001:2000 certified company, and quality department always keep their attenuation on production procedure as on the way of this certification criteria.
