NIKO PORTA CABIN'S - Technical Specifications |
| Our range of porta-cabins and Portable Office Buildings and portable offices facilitate rapid construction of completely modular buildings that can be used in any terrain / climatic condition. These strictures consists of a series of interlinked panels & connectors that form the interior and exterior walls & the roof. The panels we use are made of accurately formulated composite resins that we manufacture at our facility as per the application need. Our portable cabin systems can be erected on concrete floor slab that has connector studs embedded or is stabilized with recommended earth anchoring system. Once the floor is in place, the work crew slides the panels and connects them together to form the outer walls. The panels that we use are made up of good quality expanded ploystyrene (EPS) OR Polyurethane foam(PUF) thus providing insulation through out the life of cabin, thus improving the thermal characteristics of the structure. The interiors / accessories can be placed where there is a connector. For example, the fenestration systems (doors & windows) are specially made from polymers and can be placed in any desired location on the walls. Our cabins allow unlimited versatility in term of design & dimension. Our porta-cabins / pre-fabricated structures has been designed for use in countries, having a great need for economical housing. |
