Other details:

• These systems produce electronic torque that is governed by electronic control panel. This control panel is adjusted by a simple digital display
• The control unit mechanism automatically shuts off the power when the electrically driven motors reaches the desired torque and tube expander retracts from the tube when the reverse button is pressed

Drives of hydraulic Tube Expansion Systems are unaffected by the heat therefore, these can be used for long longer period. Known for optimum performance and long working life, these are compact, easy to use, and do not create any noise.

Features:

• Drive communicates with the pump via 9v DC remote control. This not only assures ensures safety but also eliminates the need of electrical cord between pump and drive
• Compatibility - Same power pack for all the 4 drives to expand 5/8" o.d. to 4" o.d. tube
• Very high torque developed - can expand thick wall tubes and large diameter in thick tube sheets easily
• Boiler erections get completed in record time
• Dual drive power pack is available to connect 2 drives to a single power pack. Use of dual drive helps in cutting down tube expansion time cycle by a further 50%
• Microprocessor controls are provided on the pump to automate the expansion cycle
• Pause, trip, and reverse times for the drive are adjustable.
• No need for repeated manual stop/start of the drive during the expansion cycle

 

We also provide Hydraulic Pump, which is wear & tear resistant and can develop 100 bar pressure. For on-site maneuverability, the system is mounted on four wheels. Tubes expansion is controlled by adjusting pressure setting on the pump. Drive trips automatically after the needed amount of wall thinning is achieved.
