The delivery valve is seated on top of the element. Function: it performs the following functions: 1. It helps to assist in the rapid build of pressure in the injection line. 2. It also helps to cut the flow of fuel at the termination of fuel injection pulse.

An Element consists of barrel and plunger. The plunger is precisely fitted to the barrel with very small clearance to form a perfect sealing.They should be replaced as a set. Function: The function of the element is to meter and deliver the metered fuel.

The feed pump is attached to the injection pump and driven by its camshaft. Function: the function of the feed pump is to deliver the fuel from the fuel tank to fuel injection pump through the fuel filter.

These are Inline Pumps used for slow speed diesel engines. The Flange mounted fuel injection pump is Cam?operated, spring return plunger pump of constant stroke. The fuel delivery is controlled by the angular displacement of the plunger with regulating edge according to the instantaneous output charge of the diesel engines. The angular displacement of the plunger is derived from the regulating bar acting on the plunger control sleeve. Fuel Pumps

Cylinder Liners are manufactured by the "Centrifugal Cast Process".

Nozzle is one of the main components of Fuel Injection Systems. Function: It regulates the flow of fuel to the ultimate Ignition Compartment. The main function of the nozzle is to convert the diesel into the diesel vapours and spray it on the piston.

Piston rings are individually cast and close material control ensures high tensile strength, resistance to wear and scuffing and to collapse at operating temperatures. Each ring is double turned and ground to maximum accuracy for smoother performance and low fuel consumption.

Aluminum alloy pistons are manufactured in new alloy of exceptional wear resistance and strength at working temperatures. The high conductivity of this material promotes cool running and the light but robust design ensures sufficient operation over extended periods. Resistance to wear ring grooves, skirt and gudgeon pin hole is greatly increased. To ensure dimensional stability in service, all alloy piston castings are properly heat treated and aged.

We make TMT-800 / MTH-1200 e nimcorp test benches, 8 cylinders & 12 cylinders hydraulic/ variator drive with electronic digital display tachometer with electronic timer and stroke counter 100 1200 in steps of 100 strokes, low and high pressure oil supply with soundless gear pump driven by independent motor.
