A continuously expanding and improving our product line, which has put us in a position where we can cater to practically every sort of demand of our customers. If there is a need for customized products, depending upon a particular usage, we will be able to address that consummately as well.

We procure high quality carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel to produce our range of products. These raw materials are thoroughly tested as per international standard before accepting them. Only after qualifying in chemical and physical properties tests and analysis these raw materials are used for fabricating socklets, pipes, valves , threadlets and gaskets.

All the products are machined on high performance CNC machines to very close tolerances so that the assembly is a very easy process. The performances of the products are enhanced, as a result of this. After machining these products are cleaned ultrasonically in special cleaning machines to give them an elegant and finished look.

All the above processes are very closely monitored at each and every stages to give quality and consistency. This monitoring also helps us in evolving and developing new process whenever we require. Such process developments helps us to continually improve the quality.

The components manufactured on our sophisticated machines are always tested while in production. Products manufactured in our plant are tested by various methods to make sure about their performance. Tests that are carried out extensively at our end are:

• Leak Test
• Interchangeability Test
• Burst Test
• Thermal Test
• Vibration Test

Valves manufactured are tested for its quality after assembly. This is done to make sure that not a single product goes out without proper inspection and our clients get the best out of us.

Two of our manufacturing units are located at Goregaon and Rayord in the industrial city of India, Mumbai. We have latest technology state-of-the-art machinery at our manufacturing plants. There are CNC machines, lathe machines, hydraulic presses and grinders. We use a combination of traditional skills and new technology to maintain consistent quality all across the production range.
