We follow a set and standardized methodology to execute our operations regarding the production of Expandable polystyrene. To ensure consistency in our quality, we maintain repeatability in our processes, thereby eliminating unnecessary wastage and damage of the equipments. The continuous flow of our processes minimizes the wastage of time by eliminating the star and stop of the process. For this we ensure that at a time only a single piece is moved through the process. Further more, we conduct continuous workshops frequently in which the knowledge of standard methods and practices are discussed. Our quality auditors and other experts monitors the process engineering and measurement analysis and implement process regulation measures in order to direct our system procedure along a efficient path.
