2 weeks Ayurveda Introductory Course

Objective: This program is for those who are interested in getting deep knowledge and practical training in Keraleeya Panchakarma therapies. Venue: At our Ayurveda and Yoga Centers in Kerala & Noida

Dates : Starting on 1st and 16th of every month.

Class Schedule:   Monday to Saturday

Timing: 3 hours daily (1 hour theory and 2 hours practical)

Morning session:10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Afternoon session:2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Course Fee: 450 USD (Rs.18000.00 for Indian students)

Medium of instruction: English.

  Syllabus Ayurveda- Theory

 

1. Basic Level - unarmed techniques through which the aspirant achieves mastery over his body movements and balance.
Course duration: 3 months

2. Intermediate level - In this level, the student is trained to attain agility, flexibility and co -ordination of body movements.
Course duration: 6 months

3. Advanced level - This level involves training with wooden weapons applications


  3(a). Blunt weapons – Level 1
  Kuruvadi, Cheruvadi (Short Stick)
  Course duration: 9 months

  3(b). Blunt weapons – Level 2
  Long section staff or Neduvadi
  Course duration: 12 months

4. Metallic weapons – Level 3
Daggers – (Kathi, Kadara, Vettukathi)
Course duration: 15 months

5. Senior Level
Training is imparted in traditional sword fighting.
Course duration: 18 months

6. Instructor Level
Involves proficiency in the usage of dagger, sword and shield, spear and finally urumi or the spring sword.
Course duration: 36 months

Yoga Teacher Training Course - 1 month (certificate course level 1)

For those who want to become a Certified Yoga Teacher to teach Asanas & Dhyana.

Age: Above 18 Yrs

Syllabus
a) Theoretical Knowledge of Yoga & Meditation
b) Practice of Yogasana, Kriyas, Shatkarma, Pranayam & Dhyana
c) Yogic practice according to different concepts
d) Presentation & teaching technique

Monday – Friday from 8.30 AM to 11.30 AM

Kerala Class Schedule:

Monday – Friday from 7.00 AM to 10.00 AM
