About UsWe create finest lens that is equal to any branded lenses. We are applying strict quality control norms, whereby we make lens as thin as possible. We have expertise skills and knowledge by which we can tell our customer about the thickness of lens before fitting it into frame. We have special equipment by which we can match the thickness of lens, when the powers of lenses are different in right eye and left eye. Picture shown here is the process of making lens. In first stage we inspect the raw blanks. The second stage is the blocking of lens with perfect geometric center. In third stage we generate number on lens given by doctor. In fourth stage, we do fine surface of lens which becomes rough during the process. In fifth stage, we polish the lenses by which lens become transparent. Finally we check lens for accuracy of number, center of lens and thickness of lens. Now lens is ready, we dip lens in to special varnish (lacquer) to make it hard coat lenses, which is put in oven for 2 to 3hours for curing where by lacquer become hard create additional protective surface of 2 micron on lens and prevent lenses from scratches. |
