PPGL & FRP HoodWe make all types of metal finishing tanks from small gold plating baths to very large pickling line. We have latest extrusion welding facility for thermoplastic welding of thick plastic sheets. The tanks can be made from PP/PVC sheets from 3 mm to 30 mm thickness. The tanks can also be made from MS and lined with PVC/PPGL or FRP. Suitable reinforcement is given in form of stiffener rings to avoid bulging. MS cage can be provided for larger tanks. The tank can have cascade water flow system. Provision for drain, overflow, heaters, thermometers, recycling, air agitation, cathode movements, dosing, sampling, sludge collection can also be made. Tapering bottoms can also be given for easier sludge collection. We can also supply covering hoods to long pickling lines. | |
