Our Reflex Level Gauges are highly useful to provide excellent indications of the liquid level of colorless liquids, using a Prism glass. It produces high contrasting indications of levels of liquids, which can be viewed through the mirror like surface placed above. The distinct line of separation of liquids can be sighted from many meters away. Construction wise, it comes with a reflex glass which is clamped within the gauge body and seals the front opening of the liquid or vapor space.

Its application with steam:

  • Up to 32 bar saturated steam
  • Indication: steam space-silver white, water space-black.

Materials used in its construction:
  • Centrepiece: forged carbon steel, which conforms to ASTM A 105 & stainless steels as per SS 304/316. Other specifications are provided on requests.
  • Cover plate: carbon steel conforms to ASTM A 105 standard. Others on request.
  • Reflex glass: toughened borosilicate.
  • Gasket: CAF or Teflon.
  • Gauge Valves: Auto shut-off ball check valves, comes along with bolted bonnet or screwed bonnet.
  • U-bolt & Nut: Alloy steel as per ASTM A-193 Gr.B7/A-194 GR.-2H.

Our Transparent level gauges are incorporated with clear see-through glass on both the sides of the gauge, so that the both colors and interfaces of the liquids can be viewed with proper distinction.
Construction wise, it comes with two transparent glasses clamped to the gauge body, thus sealing off the liquid space at the front and back.

Its application with the steam:

  • Up to 120 bar saturated steam.
  • Sight glasses are protected against the attack of the boiler water by means of Mica shields fitted on the side of glass facing the liquid chamber.
Indication:
  • Interface of steam and water indicated by Elliptical point of the light.
  • Centre to centre distance up to 3000mm in single piece liquid chamber construction.
Materials used:
  • Centrepiece: forged carbon steel, which conforms to ASTM A 105 and stainless steels as per SS 304/316. Other specifications are featured as per the request.
  • Cover plate: carbon steel, conforming to ASTM A 105 standard and others on request.
  • Reflex glass: toughened borosilicate.

Magnetic Level Indicator
Magnetic Level Indicator

We provide excellent magnetic level indicator (gauge), which uses a float with built-in magnetic system that travels up and down in a measuring pipe connected to the tank(communicating pipe system). During this up-down motion, it transmits the liquid’s level inside the tank to an indicating scale, which provides clear visibility.
The indicating scale is fastened to the pipe in such a manner that there is no direct contact with the medium.

It’s Design:

  • Comes with double casing type, so that it can be used for either heating or cooling jackets.
Advantages of using this gauge:
  • No glasses or Mica sheets are used, hence no fear of cracks or break at high pressures.
  • More safety features.
  • Low maintenance.
  • Relative ease of maintenance.

Side Mounted Level Switch

Our Side Mounted Level Switch has wide range of applications in controlling liquid level. The whole assembly comes with (side) flange mounting, and a provision of cooling fins can also be incorporated for high temperature applications. It uses a Micro switch assembly, along with brass counter weight and a powerful (Alnico) magnet. The change in level causes the float movement, The magnet mounted in the stem of the float creates a repulsive magnetic force, which further actuates the micro-switch.

    Flow Indicator

    In our flow indicator category, we have four types flow indicators to provide, which are highly effective in their specific field of applications.
    They are namely: Flapper, Floating Balls, Lantern and Flow through.

    1. Flapper: Effective for both horizontal as well as vertical flow. Transparent or slightly opaque solutions best suits Flapper’s operation. It is frequently used for applications that involve gases, wherein there are no requirements of internal indicators. Variation in flow rate is indicated by the position of the hinged flap, in its standard unit.
    Materials used:
    • Carbon steel
    • Stainless steel
    Size: up to 12’.
    Connection: flanged, screwed or welded.

    2. Floating balls : Colored balls rotates inside the chamber when there is a flow. It is highly useful for viewing of flows when the liquid is in nearly full-flow condition.

    3. Lantern :
    • Observation of the fluid level from any side of the sigh glass is possible through the use of a cylindrical glass.
    • Normally used for low-pressure services.
    • Rubber linings can be processed.

    It is horizontally installed at the orifice flange union.

    Our Valves features Cast stainless Steel/ Carbon steel. The GLOBE valves are available with bolted bonnet, or wielded bonnet.
    These are also available in OS & Y type and manufactured as per BS 1873 standards.

    Materials used in its construction are:

    • Body and bonnet of ASTM A 351 Gr CF8/CF8M and A216 Gr WCB.
    • Trim materials of ANSI 304/316 for stainless steel valves.
    • In carbon steel valves, carbon steel with 13% Cr.S.S facing is used to make the seat rings.
