We offer a precision engineered range of Cross Flow Separator which is fabricated using superior quality raw material. In these separators, process material travels in same direction passing flow through Mesh from charging point to discharge point where as vibratory Motor is mounted on one side or either side.

Top screening structure is mounted on special designed Cross section springs similar to vibro screen and out let of screened material can pass flow through bottom out let spout at the centre. We manufacture a precision engineered range of Super Round Separator which is the result of our process development in conventional Vibro-Screen /Gyro Screen / Vibrating Screens. It is based on the 3 dimensional motions which create a gyro motion operated by specially designed vibratory motor. Isolation of total vibrator assembly from the base is done by means of designed cross-springs. There is present a motor fitted with top and bottom which is adjustable with eccentric weights. Further, there is present a separator which is available with single and multiple decks in SS304/SS316 and MS contact. There is suitable for applications such as solid-solid separation, solid-liquid separation and classifications.

Decanter ( Horizontal - Centrifuge )

Solid Bowl Centrifuge working on the principle of sedimentation. Purpose is to remove fine solids (dewatered ) satisfactorily in the filtering centrifuges. They can be separated in solid bowl centrifuges provided their sedimentation speed with means of Screw conveyor speed and cylinder speed rotates in direction. The dropping settling speed which is determined by Particle size, Particle shape, difference in density between solids and liquids and it is also depending upon viscosity .The system is continuous, compact and enclosed while offering versatility, high performance, and low maintenance.
