We offer superior quality cutting electrodes which are coated to offer stable arc during cutting or piercing procedure. It produces slag and is suitable for working in all positions. These are used for cutting and piercing of steel, copper material, aluminum and cast iron. These are used extensively in varied industries for burning rivets, dismantling work at site and for cutting out unwanted metal in foundry castings.
These electrodes strike the arc and swing the arc back and forth as in sawing. Sustaining the sawing motion, it digs an arc deeper in to the metal. For making holes in the metal, push the arc in and out the metal. In order to achieve better results, the electrodes are suggested to be used in DC current with negative electrode. These electrodes can be achieved in the following specifications:

Characteristics : A special electrode with a coating which gives a stable arc during the cutting or piercing process. It is suitable for all positions. Produces slag.

Applications : Cutting and piercing of Steel, Copper materials, Aluminium and Cast Iron. Excellent for burning rivets, dismanteling work at site and for cutting out unwanted metal in foundry castings.

Procedure: After striking the arc, swing the arc back and forth as in sawing. Maintain the motion and at the same time dig the arc deeper into the metal. For holes, push the arc in and out the metal. Use DC with electrode negative for best results.

The weld metal has excellent resistance to carcking, corrosion and scaling at elevated temperatures.
Applications: For welding stainless steel storage tanks, pipes, structures, furniture material of similar composition, stainless steel mixers, dairy equipments.
