Our odd shaped cross / tee unions are made in single piece constructions for simple shapes. Some odd shaped unions are made using the efficient furnace brazing process for joining the separate parts of the union together, so as to get homogeneous leak-free joints.

We produce around 10 threaded adapters for spin on filters used in automobile and diesel engines.
These are produced mainly from free cutting steel and standard threads are rolled, whereas large or non-standard sizes are cut on CNC Lathe. Thread sizes are maintained using calibrated thread ring gauges. Various constructions used for tightening are square/hexagonal notches on bore, hexagon bar stock etc.

We produce threaded male and female connectors of 25 sizes, in metric as well as inch sizes. Typical sizes produced are from 7/16 UNF x 1/8” NPTF to 1-5/8” UNF x 1.5” NPTF (M10 to M40)

Thread sizes are maintained using calibrated thread ring gauges. High quality blue, yellow or olive green passivation is done as per customers’ requirements. Parts are then packed using thread protective caps and corrugated cartons.

We produce odd shaped banjo connectors from square, hexagonal and round Barstock. These are made as per customer drawings with threading and bores and cross bores as required.
Applications are manly oil supply.

Our NPTF Taper Plugs are made in 25 different sizes and shapes and are made mainly from plain carbon steel. Hexagonal or square sockets are punched for tightening. Anti vibration thread sealant is applied on all such plugs. Step limit type thread ring gauges are used for maintaining thread size and consistency in order to prevent any chances of leakages from plugged joints.

Our straight plugs are made with copper washer sealing grove construction, and are in metric or BSP Sizes. Form tools are used for machining of critical sealing grooves, consistency in order to prevent any chances of leakages from plugged holes.

We prepare machined small cast iron and aluminium parts up to 2” x 2” in size. Our castings are purchased from established foundries. These parts mostly involve intricate machining, drilling and tapping operations. The jigs and fixtures required for such operations are designed and manufactured in-house by our team of engineers, keeping in mind all aspects of quality and productivity as required.

We prepare machined small cast iron and aluminium parts up to 2” x 2” in size. Our castings are purchased from established foundries. These are made mainly for the diesel engine industry, and are made of tough alloy steels, mainly En-19, and are hardened and ground.

Our part list includes 50 types of spacers, from critical spacers for rocker injector levers, to non critical mounting spacers. Most of these are machined from plain carbon steel, and sizes range from 3/4” to 2” diameter.

We manufacture tubes for hydraulic hoses and applications, which require heavier machined construction as compared to sheet metal tubes. These typically have O-ring grooved construction, and are machined using CNC Turing Centres.

Our product range includes around 10 various plungers used in pressure regulators for diesel engines.

Typical sizes currently purchased by our customers are from 1¡¨ to 1.75¡¨ diameters (25mm to 45mm). These plungers are made from case carburising steel, which is machined on CNC machines, followed by hardening and tempering. This is followed by precision grinding to sizes and roundness parameters within 5 microns, after which the plungers are lapped to achieve surface finishes within 16 ƒÝRa in inches (0.04 ƒÝRa in mm).

A strict first piece and in-process inspection system is in place to minimize defects. These plungers are then deburred in a special vibrofinishing machine to get rid of any residual micro burrs that may have remained. Each component is then inspected visually for missing operations, damages or other non-conformances. Pneumatic pressure cleaning is followed by dipping in rust preventive oil. Sampling inspection is carried out before packaging in damage proof corrugated cartons. The plungers are thus ready for dispatch.
