Indian Airport - Kolkata

The Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International airport is the largest in eastern India and is located approximately 17 kilometers from the city of Kolkata in West Bengal. Renamed in the honor of the legendary Subhas Chandra Bose, NSCB is considered to be the 9th busiest airport in terms of international passenger traffic and serves as the chief connecting concourse for flights to North East India and the rest of South Asia. Indian Seaport - Kolkata

The Port of Kolkata is the oldest of the five operating ports in India. It was originally constructed by the British East India Company during the colonial era and has been developed over the years as a major trade port to accommodate bulk cargoes arriving in Eastern India. The port comprises of two distinct dock systems, namely the Kolkata Docks located in Kolkata and a deep water dock at Haldia Dock Complex, situated at 22.03°N 88.06°E in the industrial township of Haldia. The latter is equipped with state of the art facilities and features an expansive storage area for housing miscellaneous cargo. Fortified by the presence of the Indian Coast Guards, the port is primed to serve customers efficiently and effectively with its sophisticated computerized terminal system.

Indian Landport - Kolkata

The Petrapole/Benapole border is the largest land customs station in India and serves as the prime corridor of transit for imports and exports to neighboring South Asian countries. According to statistics compiled by RITES, an estimated 2,938 trucks and 3,924 people traverse the checkpoint on a daily basis, making it a major thoroughfare for trade and travel in the region. Kolkata is the closest commercial hub to this land port and is located just 80 kilometers from the area. The Petrapole/Benapole customs station provides a lucrative trade circuit for merchants due to its relaxed service and equipment charges.
