Our manufacturing facilities successfully meet GMP norms that are laid down as per revised schedule "M" by Drug controller (General) India. Having valid WHO GMP certification, our plant is equipped with sophisticated fully automatic high speed dry powder injectibles lines and other facilities that are required in different processes including vial washing, packing of finished products etc.

Some of the main features of our plant are:

• The entire building is specially dedicated for 'Cephalosporin Dry Powder Injectables.'
• The process controlling and the production activities are carried out under the class 100 area.
• Separate air handling unit for powder filling area, 1st and 2nd Air Lock, General Washing area and Vial washing & sterilization area.
• Two pass RO plant with EDI with SS 316L pipe line in loop for absolute purity of water.
• Multi Column Water Steel Plant water for injection with SS 316L loop pipeline.
• Pure steam supply for sterilization of Rubber stoppers.
• A unidirectional flow of men and materials to promote optimum productivity and to avoid cross contamination.
• Strong utilities back up for uninterrupted production flow.
