Tensioner Nut and Bolt

Tensioner Nut (assembly) A simple mechanical element for bolted joints / connections. Normally, different bolted joints / connections are of necessity in Industries & these must get easily tightened and un-tightened as and when required. Bolted joints used in medium & heavy industries / plants, are require high tension force standard bolts / studs are required to use of bigger diameter. These bolts / studs are require more force (torque)/ efforts in tightening & untightening.

Standard bolt -hex.nut used in such connections are tightened by the tightening systems, such as: Ordinary hand tool or Torque wrench / Hydraulic or Pneumatic impact wrench or Thermal tightening or sledge hammering methods. These systems do not allow easily to tightening nuts or bolts -of large diameter to the required force-tension to maintain continue operational conditions. However, when such connections, comes to untightening -normally, during maintenance, often creates problems and they can not be dismantled easily and then the only solution is to cut.
