The state-of-the-art equipment includes Key Biting and Milling Machines, Pressure Die Casting Machines etc.,. The Key Biting is done on computerised Numerically Controlled Machine, which ensures non repetition of specified profiles and can offer upto 10000 safe combinations.
Supported by a strong in-house Design Team, the company employs AUTOCAD facilities (Pro E with motion analysis) for design and development of new products. Its well equipped and systematic Quality Assurance System covers all stages of manufacturing from raw materials to finished products.
