We are aluminium castings manufacturer, metal castings manufacturer i.e. engine cylinder head, crank case, intercooler tanks & valve body. Our Specialty

Finishing facilities for post casting operation like shot blasting, leak testings benches, conventional & CNC machining etc are available in house, further operations like TIG & MIG welding operation are also available.

We are calibrated to undertake prototype development or follow customized drawings for machining as desirous to clients. Die casted products can be custom made on various factors such as type of alloy, shape, dimension, etc. We assure delivery of exact replica of casted products.

Our organization is empowered with comprehensive infrastructural set up in the area of 12000 sq. ft. with a team of industry experts. Metals used by us are checked on spectrometer for chemical composition. We assure that controlled/ required temperature is maintained for manufacturing process. Various tests such as:

  • Micro structural examination are undertaken at various stages of production.
