Our range of products include Sheet Gaskets such as Graphite Sheet Gaskets, Non Asbestos Sheet Gaskets, C.A.F Sheet Gaskets and PTFE Sheet Gaskets.
|
These are the premier sheet gasket material which are totally non toxic and appreciated for high purity carbon material. Flexicarb sheet gaskets provide, conformable, low seating stress seals, ideal for use on both rough and smooth flanges. Moreover, the self lubricating homogeneous structure, exceptional chemical and temperature resistance ensure long service life, even in the presence of highly corrosive and toxic media. The Low leach able and total chloride content aid makes them more resistant to corrosion. Properties: Sublimination Point:

 | Non Asbestos Sheet Gaskets | | | We offer high performance Non-Asbestos sheet gaskets which have wide applications in chemical and petrochemical industries. These are developed for use in application where Compressed Asbestos Fiber sheet material was traditionally used.
|
It basically consists of high grade asbestos fiber intimately bonded with specially selected polymers, providing a high quality sheet jointing material. Our sheets are rated to suit class 150 and 300 applications and are widely used in the petrochemical, automotive and marine industries. Our range includes:

 | We offer a comprehensive range of PTFE based sheet products, ranging from pure "virgin" PTFE, through to the revolutionary creep resistant PTFE composite material. These are rated to suit class 150 and 300 applications and offers a high integrity, corrosion resistant, non stick sheet product for use where standard sheet material can not be used. Our range includes: - Pure PTFE Sheet material: these have excellent sealing characteristics to practically all chemical media except molten alkali metals and fluorine processors.
- Glass Reinforced PTFE: A small quantity of glass fibers is inserted lo the PTFE Sheet in order to provide a low creep variant to the pure grade. The glass fiber addition is insignificant in effecting the chemical resistance of the material.
- Permanite Sigma: Sigma, a family of biaxially orientated PTFE sheet sealing material, provides excellent sheet sealing.
