KILOSKAR Non Return Valves provide a long service life and leak tightness of high order. They are double Flanged in design with a rigid and sturdy built. Reflux valves are used in pipelines to reduce water hammer and to prevent back flow of water to the pumps from rising mains. These valves are suitable for handling water having a turbidity of 3000 ppm within the limits of the pressure rating and for a temperature of upto 50 Deg C. Their size range varies from 50mm to 1200mm both in Cast Iron as well as Cast Steel .
KIRLOSKAR Butterfly Valves are available in both centric and double eccentric designs. They are provided with self cleaning and non jamming seat design. KIRLOSKAR has the capability to manufacture butterfly valves of upto 4000mm (160”), which is the largest in the entire country. They strictly confirm to the latest standards of manufacturing and are approved in the AWWA C 504 and are built as per BS:5155. They are widely used in the HVAC, Fire Fighting, Water Treatment and many other industries.
KIRLOSKAR Foot Valves are built with excellent design features such as perfectly flat seating faces for good sealing and long life. Foot Valves are primarily used in the suction side of the pumps to avoid flow reversal from the pump to the sump in order to maintain the pump from priming. They also act as strainers by preventing foreign bodies to enter into the pump through the suction pipe. These valves are suitable for having clear water within the limits specified by IS: 4038.
KIRLOSKAR Kinetic Air Valves are ideally suited for Turbid or clear water and for sewage. They are basically employed to release air when the main is being filled and to close and remain closed when the pipe is full to prevent loss of water. They come in both small orifice as well as large orifice Air Valves.
