Quality Process at Manufacturing Unit
Following is the process followed to check quality at different stages :
Each charge is quality tested for its chemical composition. Casting of wire is initiated only after the report of chemical composition is as promised to customers.
Diamond Dies used for wire drawing are polished every week by Die manufacturer.
Each wire bundle is dimensionally tested before packing.
